1. What makes DreamTotre products unique?

2. Why does production and shipping take a long time?

All DreamTotre products are handmade from start to finish, and the crafting process involves sculpting, sanding, painting, curing, and quality inspection.

Therefore, our standard timeline is:
Orders ship within 30 business days after confirmation.

Craftsmanship takes time—this is what gives each DreamTotre product its uniqueness and soul.

3. Why don’t I receive a tracking number immediately after placing an order?

Since our products are handcrafted and prepared in batches, a tracking number is only generated once your order is completed and dispatched.

You will receive an email with the tracking number on the day your package is shipped.

4. Do DreamTotre products support returns or exchanges?

Because all products are handcrafted art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.

Quality issues include:

Significant structural breakage
Major cracks caused by shipping
Missing essential parts

The following are not considered defects:

Minor paint variation
Slight asymmetry or texture differences
Hand-brushing marks or natural handmade imperfections

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
